Using this website

This website is provided by NachTech to describe our services and let prospective clients get in touch. Content on this site — copy, design and visuals — belongs to NachTech unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract. A project only begins once both parties agree on scope, and — where applicable — a written proposal or agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

We work to clear standards and a defined process (see How We Work), but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — such as search ranking positions or a set number of enquiries — since these depend on factors outside our control.

Client-built projects

Once a project is complete and handed over, you own your domain, hosting and site accounts. Terms for ongoing Website Maintenance & Support, where applicable, are set out separately in your project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
